RETURN POLICY
We are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we've designed our return policy with that in mind.
Quality Guarantee
1.1 We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
1.2 This guarantee covers issues related to print quality, color accuracy, and overall craftsmanship.
1.3 Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in monitor displays and printing processes.
Damaged or Defective Items
2.1 If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
2.2 Please provide clear photographs of the damage or defect when reporting the issue.
2.3 Do not attempt to return the item without contacting us first, as we may need to investigate the issue with our shipping partners.
Cancellations
3.1 As some of our products are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations once production has begun.
3.2 If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet started.
Returns Process
4.1 To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@proxyproxymuseum.com. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
4.2 All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
4.3 Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
4.4 Please include your order number and reason for return with the package.
4.5 We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
Refunds
5.1 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
5.2 Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process after we've received the return.
5.3 The refund amount will include the cost of the item(s) returned. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping Costs
6.1 We cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.
6.2 For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6.3 If the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item), we will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement.
Exchanges
7.1 We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
8.1 Certain items are non-returnable due to their custom nature or personal use. These include:
Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads
Gift cards
Items on sale or clearance
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Late or Missing Refunds
9.1 If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
10.1 Sale items (if applicable) may be subject to different return conditions. Any exceptions will be clearly noted in the product description.
